Windows Live SkyDrive is now public beta and Scott published this plugIn. First at all you need some files in you public folder on SkyDrive
After the installation there will be on the right side this menu point. 
To insert files from you SkyDrive Account you have to possibilities. By URL or by lg in with you LIVE ID.
