The URL2Title plugin replaces a pasted URL with the title of the webpage.
Example: Url2Title Plugin for Windows Live Writer – Release: Ver. 1.1 update
You can even suppress the URL2Title plug-in, hit the shift button while you paste the URL to the Windows Live Writer.
