Windows Live Writer Theme Fixer

Brandon Turner member of the Windows Live Writer developer team has released the Windows Live Writer Theme Fixer which resolves the problem when the WLW tells you

"Windows Live Writer cannot detect a blog theme or it incorrectly detects a user’s theme."
