Seems like the Wave 4 for Windows Live is coming closer. The guys from Neowin have posted some really awesome screenshot from the Windows Live Messenger 2010.
They posted a screenshot from the Windows Live Writer ribbon interface too:
Many are hopeful for some Wave 4 announcements at the Consumer Electronics Show in January and we are expecting some focus on Windows Live during the event. We’re expecting Microsoft to make a public beta of the Wave 4 bits during the first quarter of 2010.

Great to know that they are still working to improve WLW.
Hopefully, it will also come as a portable as it is functioned to be so for blogging.
I got access to the Windows Live Wave 4, or as they’re calling it now Windows Live Essentials 2010. I wrote a post on it, plenty of screens and descriptions about what’s new.
