The Insert IE Shortcut plug-in imports your Internet Explorer favorites to the Windows Live Writer.

You can either create your own style or choose one from the predefined themes and then use it as is or modify it as you desire. For people who have a lot of favorites and want to blog items buried deep in the favorites list, there is a start depth option which lets them start from any depth they want.
